The operators of the Tyne Tunnel are:
A UK Company called TT2 Ltd. This is a single purpose company formed to part-finance, design and construct a second vehicle tunnel under the River Tyne, and to operate and maintain all the tunnels under the river, including the Grade II-listed pedestrian and cycle tunnels. TT2 will operate a Concession of the Tyne Tunnels for a 30 year period.
